How to refer

Working together on a case

What to send

A brief clinical summary, a CBCT if available, intraoral and extraoral photographs, and any orthodontic records. Anything that helps frame the case is useful.

How referrals work

Appointments and insurance are handled through the MUSC Health referral system, not through this site. MUSC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery referrals: 843-792-2094, option 3 · cdm-omfs-referrals@musc.edu

Working together

The referring clinician is kept informed through planning and treatment, and the patient returns to you for the orthodontic and restorative phases.
